This right goes beyond just the old adage of food, clothing and shelter. Yes, your right to these still exists and are still important. But consumers are also entitled to the right of access to essential:

- Healthcare
- Sanitation
Right to HEALTHY & SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT
This is one right that transcends simple individual purchases, though it includes such. It is the right to a physical environment that will enhance the quality of life. It includes protection against environmental dangers over which the individual may have little or no control. It embraces such issues as:
- Manufacturing processes
- Product content
- Packaging
Industrial waste
