H. DECENTRALIZATION OF CONSUMER SERVICES

  1. Principles
    1. Consumer services should be easily available and readily accessible in all areas of Trinidad and Tobago to fulfil the immediate needs of consumers.
  2. Priorities
    1. To establish a decentralized system of consumer services using structures such as the Regional Corporations;
    2. To provide suitable training and technical support for personnel responsible for making the decentralized centres or local centres known.
